Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Salones customer app, salon owner app and QR walk-in booking site, operated by Salones. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Salones is a booking platform. Salons are independent businesses. The salon, not Salones, provides the haircut, grooming or beauty service, sets its own services, prices and staff, and is responsible for the quality, safety and legality of what it provides. A booking is an arrangement between you and the salon. Salones is not a party to it and is not the service provider.

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in methods private and tell us if you think your account was misused. You are responsible for activity on your account. Salon owners must be authorised to represent their business, and new salons may be reviewed before they appear to customers.

• A booking may be pending until the salon confirms it, and the salon may decline it.
• Cancellation, no-show and refund rules are set by each salon. Check them before booking and cancel in the app if your plans change.
• Prices are set by the salon. Payment is made as the salon and booking show (for example paying at the salon).
• If a salon closes its account, its upcoming bookings are cancelled and any online payment made through the platform is refunded to the original payment method. Payments made directly to a salon are between you and the salon.

• Do not make false, spam or repeated bookings you do not intend to keep.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not probe, scrape, overload or break into the service, or bypass its limits.
• Treat salon staff and customers respectfully.

You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. You allow us to store, display and deliver them as needed to run the service (for example showing a salon’s photos to customers). You confirm you have the right to upload them.

You can stop using Salones and delete your account at any time in the app or at /account-deletion. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk. Sections that by nature should continue (such as liability limits) survive termination.

The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for services delivered by salons, for missed or changed appointments, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
